Ortho-Flex Layaway Program
You can put any new Ortho-Flex Custom Saddle on
Layaway.
Pay a minimum of 10% down, with your order, and make twelve
(12) monthly payments, thereafter.
Pay the balance over twelve (12) months. Pay a minimum of
1/12th per month, until fully paid.
When your payments reach 50% of the purchase, we start
production.
Upon completion of full and final payment, the saddle is
shipped.
Should you miss two consecutive payments or fail to pay the
balance, in full, within twelve (12) months from contract date, your layaway is
cancelled and you forfeit all payments to date.

This contract is by and between
____________________________, hereinafter referred to as "buyer", an
individual resident of the State of ________________ and Ortho-Flex Saddles, LLC., hereinafter referred to as the "company", an Arkansas
corporation, whose principal place of business is Warren, Arkansas, collectively
referred to as "the Parties". Buyer wishes to buy and Seller wishes to
sell a certain custom Ortho-Flex saddle model _____________________, on a layaway
contract basis.
Buyer agrees to pay the company a minimum down payment
of (10%) $___________ plus monthly scheduled payments of $___________ until the
layaway contract is fully paid. The first monthly payment will be due thirty
(30) days from the date the contract is received and accepted by the company,
and each month thereafter.
Buyer agrees that two consecutive delinquent payments
or failure to pay the balance within twelve (12) months from contract date,
shall constitute a default and termination of this contract, and agrees that
such default will void the contract. In the event the contract is voided, the
buyer agrees that he/she shall forfeit all previous payments to the company and
forfeit any title claim to the saddle.
